Lewis-Clark State College’s annual Welcome Fair is a great time for area businesses, organizations, and clubs to meet with new and returning students in the center of the campus between Reid Centennial Hall and the Student Union Building. The Fair is held on the first day of the Fall Semester - this year on Monday, Aug. 21, 2017 - and runs from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The event allows students to learn more about what services and goods that are available to them, both on and off campus. It also provides businesses and organizations the opportunity to market their products and services to LCSC students.
The space registration fee for non-LCSC businesses and organizations is $35 per space, which includes a table, two chairs and electricity if needed. All money collected will be used to offset the cost of the Welcome Fair. Space assignments will be provided on the day of the Fair at the Student Activities Information Booth. Set up begins at 9 a.m. and it is recommended that you bring a cover for the table and a canopy for shade. The Student Activities Department will be providing a free barbeque lunch to participants.
If you are interested in having a booth at the 2017 Welcome Fair, you can reserve your space by completing the registration form below and mailing in your registration fee, $35, by August 11. After August 11, a $5 late fee will be added to the total. Checks and money orders should be made payable to LCSC Student Activities and mailed to 500 8th Avenue, Lewiston, ID 83501.
