Debbie has worked in Residence Life at 5 different colleges and universities across the country for 15+ years.  She loves working with college-age students and seeing them develop from a new freshman to upperclassman and finally to graduates.  

• Provide vision and direction for Residence Life
• Supervise full-time staff and undergraduate Resident Directors/Resident Assistants
• Judicial Officer for residence hall students
• Member of the Behavior Response Team on campus, and Title IX Deputy
