Goals 2008 -2009

1.  Participate in at least two activities with children each month.
2.  Contribute at least 15 hours to District Project and 10 hours to CKI Service Initiative.
3.  Have a monthly calendar agenda.
4.  Have a bi-weekly agenda for club meetings.
5.  Have a bi-monthly meeting for service projects (i.e. marketing posters, scrap booking, etc.)
6.  Have at least one board meeting each month:
          a.  First Tuesday of the month at 5:00 pm before the regular club meetings.
          b.  Make executive decisions at the board meetings where necessary.
7.  Participate in one major / significant project every 2 -3 months (i.e. Key Club, Art Under the Elms, Teen Power, etc.)
8.  Start a Key Club at Clarkston High School.
9.  Explore options for the formation of a Builder's Club at Sacajawea Jr. High School.
10.  Increase active membership from ~ 25% to ~ 40%
