 Catholic Newman Club

The Catholic Newman Club is open to all LCSC students, as well as other young adults who choose to participate in its activities. Its purpose is to provide LC students and other college-age people in the Lewiston-Clarkston valley, particularly Catholics, opportunities to meet and enjoy the company of other faith-directed young adults; opportunities to explore their faith and the bible; opportunities to be engaged in works of prayer, mercy and social justice; and opportunities for recreational and social activities together. One does not need to be Catholic to participate. All are welcome!

Affiliation:
The Catholic Newman Club is affiliated with St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lewiston, from which it receives part time staff leadership and financial support.

A major upcoming event we want to invite you to participate in is the non-denominational Oxfam Fasting Prayer Service, to be held at St. Stanislaus Church, Tuesday, November 15, at 6:30 pm.  Give up your supper for this one evening, experience the hunger that millions live with daily, and contribute what you would have spent on it to the Oxfam world-wide humanitarian organization, for the benefit of a "hand up" to our brothers and sisters who suffer hunger and great poverty.
