I Jakki Smith volunteered to be secretary.

II Dale Askew – Sodexho

A)    campus food service

B)     Sedexho is not interested in restricting  club fundraisers.

C)    They want to work with your C & O,  See them for supplies most times he can get them cheaper.

D)    Concessions – your C&O can get a percent of sales.

1.)    Benefits – don’t have to buy food, Sedexho takes the risks, Club gets a    portion of the profit.

a)      8 people per stand needed to run concessions stand.

F) Sedexho is the exclusive caterer for LCSC campus – must use them if having a  large event.

G) Take out menu provided by Sedexho, catering guide also available.
