SUB Student Office Space
Application
(Applications are due by Friday, March 27, 2009 at 12:00 p.m.)
The Club Office Application is Closed

Any officially recognized student
club/organization is eligible to apply for an office space in
the SUB.

The Space Allocation Committee
re-evaluates every organization each year according to use
statistics and the content of this application.

Honest evaluation and statements
about your membership, programs, and services provided will be
considered in relationship to the size of your Organization.

Multipurpose meeting rooms are
provided adjacent to the student organization office complex.
The office space is not intended for large meetings.
Each request is
considered by the SUB Advisory committee according to a perceived
real need. The desire to have space is not sufficient rationale
since space is very limited. Small organizations that serve a
small number well and offer programs for a larger audience are
equally qualified for space as a large organization that is
primarily self serving (all programs targeted to membership).
