The Williams Conference Center (WCC) is a highly functional facility that is used by the college and the community.  Provided below is a blank set-up diagram and an example diagram that is drawn to scale.

Rental Rates-
Off-campus individuals or groups requesting usage of the Williams Conference Center must submit a Schedule/Rental Agreement at least ten working days prior to the date of the event. Scheduled fees are subject to change up to the time of the event.  Media equipment is a charged service.  A separate bill will be sent for Food Services.  All reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours of the event to avoid facility charges.
