Joint departmental advertising for
summer housing and conferences will list
the Office of Residence Life (RL) as the
primary contact to establish the one
stop shop concept for summer customers.
RL will use a check sheet, developed in
conjunction with Events and Campus Card
Services (ECC) to coordinate services
with the ECC office. Advertising
material will reference the direct
contact as RL for overnight stays in
conjunction with an on campus event and
will refer those requesting conference
facilities only to ECC.
For
coordinated activities where RL is the
first point of contact, they will gather
contact information and basic needs for
events and inform the customer that ECC
will contact them directly. ECC will
then coordinate services with the
customer, RL, food services, and other
campus entities. ECC will submit a
draft contract for all coordinated areas
to review and will then execute the
contract along with the associated
liability insurance request.
ECC
will maintain an advertising website
located at
www.lcsc.edu/summerstays
and RL will maintain a flyer for
distribution. RL will also have access
to update the website. ECC and RL will
share a common e-mail address (housing@lcsc.edu)
for advertising and online request
purposes. The common e-mail
address will be accessed by multiple
office staff in both departments. |
