| Cancellation notices
are important since there are a limited
number of spaces available in our suites
therefore we must charge for holding the
suite. All
cancellations must be made in advance.
If an individual, family or group checks
into the suite and stays fewer days than
reserved, they will be charged for the
full reservation.
Individuals
Reservation held by credit card – no
reservations without securing credit
card
Must
cancel reservations (10 days before
check-in) or forfeit 25% of the total
charge.
Small Groups (10-49)
Reservation held by credit card – no
reservations without securing credit
card
Must
cancel reservations (10 days before
check-in) or forfeit 25% of the total
charge.
Large Groups (50+)
Reservation held by credit card – no
reservations without securing credit
card
Must
cancel reservations (21 days before
check-in) or forfeit 25% of the total
charge.
Families
Reservation held by credit card – no
reservation without securing credit card
Must
cancel reservations (10 days before
