17th Annual Tennis Marathon Schedule 2005

We are inviting all our community tennis members, alumni, faculty and staff to join us for a fun day of tennis. Come and trade some forehands and backhands with the team, and if you beat them, who knows, you might be offered a tennis scholarship and the opportunity to run sprints and travel in a crowded van. Basically, our goal is to fill the four indoor courts with 16 players every hour from 8am to 10pm on Saturday. What  you do is,  sign up for a time to play with or against a Warrior team member in doubles or mixed doubles. It can be as competitive or as leisurely as you like. Photos will be taken of each group for display on the website. If you do not have a partner, we can assign one to you. Players can request to play for 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 1.5 hours or even 2 hours. Since this is a fun(d) raiser for us, we accept donations of any kind and amount – money, food, snacks, prizes, soft drinks, well wishes, cars, tvs, vintage racquets…etc.  You are not required to donate in order to participate, we just want you to have a good time playing tennis with the Warriors There are players from many various countries, so please come and get acquainted.
