While compliance with the law is the responsibility of all members of the LCSC community, listed below are the staff members who have primary responsibility for Title IX compliance. Concerned parties may choose to contact any of the following individuals and make a complaint under the Discrimination Complaint procedures at LCSC. LCSC is committed to resolving issues through our internal processes. We have programs designed to support and assist victims. Individuals also have the right to file a complaint directly with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) under the complaint process of the OCR.
Students and staff who believe they are victims of a sexually based offense or who believe they have witnessed or otherwise know of an offense should report it immediately to any one of the following campus officials.
To file a complaint of possible Title IX violations or to make an inquiry, you may contact any of the individuals listed and you may also contact:
Dr. Andrew Hanson, VP of Student Affairs
Barbara Pierce, Director of Campus Security
Tracy Collins, Head Athletic Trainer
Heidee McMillin, Associate Professor, Coeur d'Alene
If you feel you need to remain anonymous, you can report incidents of sexual harassment through LCSC's Confidential Report Line. The Confidential Report Line is administered by Lighthouse Services, a third-party hotline service, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reports will be routed to the applicable LCSC department for review.
