Cost of Attending LCSC

Lewis-Clark State College takes pride in offering a quality education at an affordable cost. For more than a decade, LCSC has offered the lowest tuition among all of Idaho's four-year public institutions. With hands-on instruction that connects learning to life from an award-winning faculty, students leave LCSC ready for their next journey.

In the table to the right, you will find the 2013-14 Student Tuition and Fee schedule associated with taking classes at Lewis-Clark State College. Your total overall cost will vary depending upon factors such as health insurance, residency, housing status, course fees, books and supplies, meal plans, transportation, and other personal expenses.More than 75 percent of LCSC students also qualify for some form of financial aid (including scholarships, federal aid and Veteran's benefits), which can significantly reduce the cost of education.

The Controller's Office, located in the Administration Building, is the business and accounting office where students pay their bills, including tuition, and where all student account information is available. The Financial Aid Office, located in Reid Centennial Hall, is where students receive help with applying for scholarship and financial aid funding.

The LCSC Controller's Office accepts cash, checks, and most debit and credit cards. All fees must be paid in full, or a payment plan contract signed by the fifth official day of the semester. Financial Aid should be available before the first official day of the semester for students who have met the Priority Deadline, have returned their signed financial aid/scholarship award letter and are enrolled for the appropriate number of credits two weeks before classes begin.
