Organization

Good web sites are well organized!
Good organization should be as simple and efficient as possible.

Here are five basic steps to site organization:

1. Divide your content into logical units
2. Establish an order of importance among the content
3. Use the order of importance to structure relationships between pages
4. Build a site that closely follows your order of importance
5. Evaluate your site hierarchy
   -How could the website grow?
-Is my architecture (file system) flexible?
-How will files be archived and removed?
-How often will the website need reviewing?

Example:

Organizing information by year, venue, or logical clumps.
