My summer (before coming to L-C) was filled with tennis tournaments, hanging out with friends, a lot of movies, sleeping, and listening to music. My favorite thing to do all summer was travel and play in tennis tournaments. They were a lot of fun, and I got to meet a lot of new people doing it. It was also good to see all my friends who came back from college so I could catch up with them.

As far as being involved at L-C, I am on the tennis team and I love it. It is really different than high school but that’s the fun part. It’s a really good experience and a good, fast way to meet new people. I’m excited to start the tennis season and start traveling.  It will be a lot of fun. I plan on majoring in Secondary Education (Kinesiology with Physical Education) and want to minor in coaching. I look forward to the rest of my freshman year at L-C and have plenty of more experiences coming my way! I hope you have fun following my first year as much as I will!
