 10-Minute Wellness Challenge

ENHANCE YOUR HEALTH TEN MINUTES (OR LESS) AT A TIME!

WHAT IS THE 10-MINUTE CHALLENGE? This three-week wellness challenge will encourage you to take small steps towards managing stress, moving more, and eating smart.

WHEN IS THE 10-MINUTE CHALLENGE? June 11 through July 1, 2018

WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE? Small changes add up! The 10-Minute Challenge will help you add sustainable changes just a few minutes at a time.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE? Register online to participate . Participants will track each time they complete a "10-Minute (or Less) Task" related to stress management, moving more, and eating smart. It's not required, or expected, to complete all of the tasks each day. This challenge is about progress, not perfection! Exclusive emails with useful tips will be sent every Monday and those who complete the three week challenge will be eligible for prize drawings.
