is just what the doctor ordered. Learn to
create tables, columns, data types, field names,
indices and keys. Learn to create

class, but this is definitely the way to start.

basics of Access and want to develop your skills
further? Then this eight-hour class is for
you. Take Access to the next level and
learn how this powerful database software really
can work hard for your business, without driving
you crazy. Move beyond macros and create
more complex queries. Master sub-forms,
sub-reports and more.
Building
and Understanding Your Computer
Do you desire a greater
understanding of computer mechanics? Then
this class is for you. You will build your
own computer and learn about hardware, PC repair
fundamentals, form factors and power supplies,
processors and chipsets, motherboards, and
upgrading memory. You will also learn
about hard drives, installing supporting I/O
devices, multimedia devices and mass storage,
use of PC's on a network, notebooks, tablet PCs
and PDAs. You will gain a better
understanding of computer operating systems,
disaster recovery, and preventative maintenance.

Excel
- The Basics
This course is designed as an introduction to the Excel
program. You will learn how to create
worksheets used to track and analyze financial
or general numeric information; and the
basic functions of the menu bar, toolbars, and
the Excel screen. You will practice creating
worksheets that perform simple calculations and
learn techniques to manipulate your data into a
presentable format. This program provides
a simple way to create work, school, and sales
presentations.
Excel
- Beyond the Basics
Do you need to track sales? Does your company use
spreadsheets for tracking inventory, personnel,
and other important data? This course will
help you build on your basic Excel skills.
You will learn to use formulas, multiple
worksheets, and insert charts and graphs.
In this course you will learn the following: how

InDesign Basics
If you are using
Adobe PageMaker or Adobe Illustrator, you will
want to consider taking this class. Adobe
will soon be discontinuing the support of the old
formats and going with InDesign. In this
course you will be taught the basic information for building your own brochures,
flyers, business cards, and more. InDesign
integrates well with Adobe Photoshop. If
graphic design is part of your job, or you want
it to be, this course will keep you ahead of the
software curve.
Microsoft PowerPoint - Beginning
In this course you
will learn how to create dynamic professional
presentations for your business, classroom, or
personal use. You will also learn how to
create and format presentations that can be used
for sales, financial updates, year end
demonstrations, and personal slideshows.
You will learn to work with pictures, tables,
and diagrams. In PowerPoint, you can add
styles, colors, fonts, backgrounds, and other
effects to enhance your slide presentations.

In this course you
will learn about creating and saving new documents,
and using templates to simplify your work.

Microsoft Word - Basics 2
Learn how to modify an existing document. Learn to
insert objects into the document. Also
learn bullets and numbering, using the find
function, replace function, drawing tools, and
printing options.
Photoshop 1
This class
introduces students to the power of Photoshop.
Students will learn to adjust and correct the
color, contrast, and composition of images, as
well as, how to use layers, clipping, clone
stamp, type, and various other tools.
Students will also prepare images for printing
and for web output.
Photoshop 2
This class takes
students to the next level of Photoshop.
Students will learn how to use Photoshop filters
and perspective tools. Learn how to
use the many tools covered in concert to create
custom digital images.
QuickBooks
- The Basics

popular accounting program QuickBooks.
This software can be used to accomplish everyday
bookkeeping procedures on your computer or start
and maintain a bookkeeping system for your
business. This course is designed to
assist a person with limited bookkeeping
knowledge to grasp basic accounting terms and

QuickBooks; learn how to work with lists; set up
