Determine which command you want to add to a toolbar.
Example: Indexes
Display the toolbar to which you want to add a button.

Begin
Display the Tools menu.
Select the Customize command. In a few moments, the Customize dialog box will display. If necessary, click the Commands tab.
Use the Categories list and the Commands list to find the command you want to add. Drag this command to the toolbar.
Click the Close button.
