Click the  button. In a few moments, the New Query dialog box will display.

Double-click Crosstab Query Wizard.
The Crosstab Query Wizard will start.

Click the name of the table
containing the fields you want to query. If you want to query another query, first click the Queries option and then click the name of the query.

Click the Next > button.
|
|
Click the name of up to three fields
to use as row headings for the query.
|
|
Click the Next > button.
|
|
Click the name of the field to use as
a column heading for the query.
|
|
Click the Next > button.
|
|
Click the field you want to calculate
and the function you want to use to do so.
|
|
Click the Next > button.
|
|
If necessary, type a name for your
query.
|
|
If necessary, click a view option.
