Make sure the Database window is displayed
and that the Macro Objects are displayed.

Click the  button. |

Select an action from the list box in the first row and column. If necessary, enter any arguments at the bottom of
the form. |

Continue until all the actions are
entered. |

Click the x button in the upper-right
corner of the form. |
|
Click the Yes button. |
|
Type a name for the macro and then press the Enter key. |
