Begin
Click the arrow next to the button and then click Make-Table Query on the list.
Type a name for the new table and then press the Enter key.
For each table containing records you want to use in the new table, drag fields from the Field list into the grid.
If you want, enter criteria. Click here: GO if you don't know how to do this. Use the Back button on your Browser to return here when you're through.
If you want, click the View button to preview the records that will be deleted. Click the View button again to return.
To run the query:
