Make sure the Database window is displayed and that the Report Objects
are displayed.

Click the name of the report of which
you want to create a snapshot. |
|
Display the File menu and then click the word Export. |
|
Select Snapshot Format from the Save as type list box. |
|
Click the Save button. |
