Click the button. In a few moments, the New Query dialog box will display.

Double-click Simple Query Wizard. The
Simple Query Wizard will start.

Double-click the name of each field
you want to include in your query. If you want, select another table or query from the Tables/Queries box and continue selecting fields.

Click the Next > button.
|

If
you selected more than one table or query, make sure the Detail option is
selected and then click the Next > button.

If necessary, type a name for your
query.
|
 |
If necessary, click a view option.
