Begin
Click the arrow next to the button and then click Append Query on the list.
Select the name of the table to which you want to append and then click the OK button.
For each table containing records you want to append, drag fields from the Field list into the grid.

If you want, click the View button to preview the records that will be appended. Click the View button again to return.
To run the query:
Click the button.
