Determine where, on your computer, the picture is stored.

Display the form in Design view. Click here:
 if you don't know how to do this. Use the Back button on your Browser to return here when you're through. |

Determine where, in the form, you want the picture. |
|
If necessary, click the  button to display the Toolbox. |

Click the  (Image)
button in the
Toolbox. |
|
Click the location in the form where you want the picture. In a few moments, the Insert Picture dialog box
will display. |
|
Use the directory buttons or just type the location of the picture. |
|
Double-click the name of the picture. |
