Identify the name of the database containing the object you want
to
import. |

Determine where, on your computer, the database is stored. Example: C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP |

Display the File menu and then point
to the words Get External Data. Click the word Import. |
|
Use the directory buttons or just
type the location where the database is stored. |
|
Double-click the name of the database. In a few moments, the Import Objects dialog box will appear. |
|
Click the name of each object you
want to import. |
|
Click the OK button. |
