USE CONDITIONAL FORMATS

Select the cells you want to format. Click here: GO if you don't know how to do this. Use the Back button on your Browser to return here when you're through.
Determine what format you’d like to use for the cells that meet the condition.
Example: Bold, Red

Begin
Display the Format menu and then click the words Conditional Format. In a few moments, the Conditional Formatting dialog box will display.
Click the Format button and select a format from the available options. Some options, such as font and size, are not available for conditional formats. Close the Format Cells dialog box when you’re through.
Use the list boxes to complete your condition. If necessary, use the Add button to add up to three conditions.
Example: cell value is >=98
Click the OK button.
