| Display the Format menu
and then click the words Conditional Format. In a few moments, the Conditional Formatting dialog box will display. |

| Click the Format button
and select a format from the available options. Some options, such as font and size, are not available for conditional formats. Close the Format Cells dialog box when you’re through. |

| Use the list boxes to complete your condition. If necessary, use the Add button to add up to three conditions. Example: cell value is >=98 |

| Click the OK button. |
