Determine the type of orientation you want.

Determine the scaling you want. Example: 80% |

Display the File menu. |

Click the Page Setup command. In a few moments, the Page Setup dialog box will display. |

If necessary, click the Page tab. |

To change the orientation: Select an orientation from the section titled Orientation.

To change the scaling: |
| Enter a percent or fit the output to a set page number. |
|
When you’re finished: Click the  button. |
