CREATE A CHART

Get Ready
Determine whether the chart should reside on a new sheet or in the current one.
Select the cells containing the data you want to chart. Click here: GO if you don't know how to do this. Use the Back button on your Browser to return here when you're through.

Begin
Display the Insert menu and then click the word Chart.
OR
Click the button.
In a few moments, the first page of the Chart Wizard will display.
Select a chart type from either the Standard Types or Custom Types tab.
Example:
If you wish, select a sub-type.
Example:
Click the button.
If necessary, select a data range or series from the next page. When you’re ready to continue, click the button.
Add any titles, legends or data labels from the next page and then click the button.
To place the chart on a new sheet:
Click As new sheet
If necessary, change the name of the new sheet.
To place the chart in the current sheet:
Click As object in
If necessary, select the name of the sheet from the list.
Click the button.
