Select the cell or cells containing the numbers you want to
reformat. Click here:
 if you don't know how to do this. Use
the Back button on your Browser to return here when you're through. |

Display the Format menu and then select the Cells command. OR Hold down the Ctrl key and then type 1. |

In a few moments, the Format Cells dialog box will display. If necessary, click
the Number tab. |

Use  to adjust the decimal place, e.g., click  to add a decimal place. |
