Determine where, on your computer, the
picture is
stored. Example: C:/WINDOWS/DESKTOP |

Move the cursor to the location in the worksheet
where you want the picture to be located. |

Display the Insert menu and then point to the word Picture. Click the words From File. The Insert Picture dialog box will display. |

Use the directory buttons or just type the location of the picture. |
|
Double-click the name of the picture. |
