| Identify the name of the text file you want to import. | |

Determine where, on your computer, the text file is stored. Example: C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP |

| Decide if your text file is Delimited (separated by commas) or Fixed (set in even columns). |

Display the File
menu and then click the word Open. OR Hold down the Ctrl key and then type O OR Click the |

Use the directory buttons or just type the location where the document is stored. |

Select Text Files from the Files of type list box. |
|
|
Double-click the name of the text file. In a few moments, the Text File Import Wizard will display. |

Select either the Delimited or Fixed option, based on the contents of your text file. If necessary, fill in the other boxes on
