Determine the actions you want your macro to run (it’s sometimes useful to write these down). |

Display the Tools menu and then point to the word Macro. Click the words Record New Macro. |

Type a name for the macro. |

If you want, enter a Shortcut key. |

|
If necessary, fill in the Store macro and Description boxes. |
||
|
Click the OK button to begin recording the macro. |

Perform the actions you want to include in your macro.
