Determine where, on your computer, the picture is stored.
Example: C:/WINDOWS/DESKTOP |

Display the Insert menu and then
point to the word Picture. Click the words From File. The Insert Picture dialog box will display. |

Use the directory buttons or just
type the location of the picture. |

Double-click the name of the picture. |
