If possible, identify an overall concept or a term that describes the clip art.
Example: Cat

Display the Insert menu and then point to the word Picture. Click the words Clip Art. The Insert Clip Art dialog box will display.

If you have identified a concept describing the clip art:

Click the Concept button that matches your choice: Example: Academic

If you have identified a term describing the clip art:

Type the term into the Search for clips box and then press the Enter key.

Scroll through the list of pictures until you find one you want. Click this picture. A menu will display next to the picture.
