Determine what caption you want to use for the picture. Example: Figure 1 |

Click the graphic to be captioned. |

Display the Insert menu and then click the word Caption. The Insert Caption dialog box will display. |

If necessary, select a label
and/or a position for the caption. |

Click
the OK button. |
