Make
sure you’ve set up the data source. Click here:

| Display the Tools menu and
then click the words Mail Merge. In a few moments,
the Mail Merge Helper will appear. |

| Click
Edit Data Source. The Data Form dialog box will
appear. Fill in or change the information for
each data record. When you finish entering
or changing data
records, click View Source, and then click Save on the
Standard toolbar. |
