Determine where, on the page, the page numbers should appear and what alignment they should have. | |

Decide whether or not you want a page number on the first page. |

Display the Insert menu and
then click the words Page Numbers. |

If necessary, change the Position and Alignment boxes to match your needs. Check or uncheck
the show number on first page check box, depending
on what you want to do. |

Click the OK button. |
