Select the table you want to sort. Click here: GO if you don't know how to do this. Use the Back button on your Browser to return here.
Identify the column by which you want to sort the table.

Begin
Display the Table menu and then click the word Sort. The Sort Table dialog box will display.
Select the column by which you want to sort.
Select a sort type.
Example: Number
Select a sort order.
Example: Ascending
Click the OK button.
