About D. Cruthirds:

D. Cruthirds has over 15 years of experience in various businesses management and operations: banking, retail, fishing, and more. In 2008 Cruthirds decided to pursue a B.S. to help move up the corporate latter; he has not left academia since. Joining the Business division in 2016 as a distance instructor with academic privileges. Cruthirds current research examines gratitude and indebtedness in relation to the workplace.
