Professional Background

Jenny has served in several leadership roles spanning corporate, nonprofit, and municipal environments. In addition to joining the LCSC Business Division faculty in 2009, she also facilitates leadership and organization development activities primarily in the form of strategic planning and board training. This keeps her well-connected to business activity and trends that she can bring back to the classroom. Jenny has been a guest speaker/presenter for federal, regional, and state level organizations, and is a blog contributor for the Institute of Organization Management, sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Jenny is strongly committed to the philosophy and practice of Servant Leadership, especially in the following characteristics: commitment to the growth of others and community building.
