I am an assistant professor of psychology, and a licensed clinical psychologist. I have been teaching for over 20 years, and am passionate about undergraduate education. My teaching interests include abnormal psychology, ethical issues in counseling, and counseling theories and techniques. My clinical interests include post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as depression and anxiety-related issues. My research interests include informed consent for therapy, animal-assisted interventions, and friendships and their role in mental health.
