Classrooms and meeting rooms across campus are available for LC State, faculty, staff and Student Organizations to reserve on an as-needed basis.
The request process for reserving a campus space for a LC State sponsored event has changed and now staff and faculty are able to make their own reservation requests online through 25Live. In addition to the space request reservations also require a completed Covid-19 Event Safety Protocol document to be reviewed/approved prior to the conformation on the event. For all reservations, the room is provided as is with the amenities that are native to that location.
If you are creating a reservation for a non-LC sponsored activity or for an external organization please complete the Reservation Request Form.
