There are many free national scholarship search programs designed to assist students locate additional scholarship sources.

Below is a list of sites providing scholarship information. Be cautious in your search for scholarships. Some scholarship searches will charge you a fee or attempt to lure students with other promises. If it seems too good to be true, it likely is.

Note that all scholarships are highly competitive and some may require early application dates. Review them well in advance to your desired receipt of scholarship funding.

Various scholarships for members and former members of Future Farmers of America. Many are for agriculture, but several in other fields or for any field of study. One scholarship program is for non-members whose family's primary income is farming. Scholarship amounts vary. More than $1 million is available for students. This scholarship was established in 1984 to provide financial assistance to worthy students pursing careers in the automotive aftermarket or related automotive fields. AWS Foundation Scholarships are for tuition, fees, books, supplies or equipment required for the course of instruction.  They are available to students attending trade schools, community colleges and four-year universities. Scholarships are made to high school seniors and to students already enrolled in trade schools or college programs in welding, manufacturing technology, engineering and other metalworking programs. The scholarship is an exclusive benefit to members of FMA and its affiliate, the Tube & Pipe Association (TPA). A student is eligible if he or she is: a student member of FMA or TPA, a student whose parent or guardian is a personal member of FMA or TPA, a full-time college student employed by a FMA or TPA company member and/or a student whose parent or guardian is employed by a FMA or TPA company member.
