2022 LC State Supervisory Excellence Program

Join your fellow employees in sharpening your skills to become the best supervisor you can be! LC State has developed a Supervisory Excellence Program to give supervisors a refresher on several topics ranging everywhere from setting expectations to motivating employees and conflict management.

The LC State Supervisory Excellence Program is a three-part program developed exclusively for employees who oversee the work of others. Employees who complete the entire series will receive an LC State Supervisory Excellence Program framed certificate. View more information for each module on the menu to the right.

The program will be by employee nominations from the Vice President and President. Once enrolled in the academy, the attendee must complete all portions of the training to receive the certificate. The Supervisor Academy and the Crucial Conversations programs are taught courtesy of the Division of Human Resources.
