Patrons are responsible for knowing when their items are due. We send overdue notices each weekday. Notices are a courtesy. Failure to receive one does not constitute waiving any incurred fines.

Lost or Damaged Items
Items not returned by the assigned due date will be listed as lost and a lost item fee will be charged to the borrower. Damaged material will be evaluated and individuals will be charged a replacement cost for the item.
If an item is found within 90 days of payment and a copy hasn’t been purchased, we will refund the cost of the item, minus a $10 processing fee. Overdue fees will not be refunded. If an item has been found, but we have already purchased another copy, we are unable to offer a refund. You may keep the item.
