The basic BSN program located on the Lewiston campus offers an option for licensed LPN students who wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Students with an Associate Degree (A.S.) or Associate of Applied Science Degree (A.A.S) in Practical Nursing interested in pursuing their BSN are advised to meet with an advisor for the LPN to BSN track. Students accepted to the program must live locally or commute to campus as this is not an online program.
Students eligible to apply to the LPN to BSN track must meet academic admission criteria as stated in the Basic BSN track website. Students apply along with non-licensed pre-BSN students for provisional admission and once admitted, follow an abbreviated curriculum plan of 4 semesters that is similar to the basic BSN student plan.
