Clinical Passport Login Directions

Please access www.CPNW.org for information regarding the Clinical Passport requirements and to print off your passport form for completion.

Carefully read the instructions for creating your CPNW account and accessing your Dashboard. After creating your account, you will be able to print the Clinical Passport. Fill in all of your immunization, background check and CPR dates for upload to CastleBranch.

From the CPNW website, you will also complete your eLearning (student learning) modules. These must be completed annually.

Failure to maintain these requirements may result in dismissal from NHS programs.
