The York House, located one block north of campus, is made up of two seperate houses. One is an older victorian home that houses 5 students, called Lewis House. The second house is behind that house, has room for 4 students and is called Clark House.
Each single bedroom is shaped differently and has different features and benefits. Because they are different, the pricing for each room is a little different. Bedrooms are furnished with a full-sized bed, bureau, desk/desk chair, and closet. Students can choose to stay for one semester, or live here year round, including winter and summer break.
Students are not required to have a meal plan as there is a full kitchen in the house. Students cook for themselves and are expected to buy their own food. The house is stocked with plates, appliances like a blender, rice cooker, toaster, etc, as well as plates, pots and pans, and silverware.
The houses also have a flat-screen TV, DVD player, gaming devices and movies and games for the students to use.
This is the main house. Ther are four rooms upstairs along with a bathroom and the main floor has kitchen, dining room, and living room and one bedroom.

This is the Clark House where four of the students live, and it is located behind the main house. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms downstairs with a small living room and a bathroom in this building.
