Her work experience in private for-profit enterprise includes customer service, office management, sales and bookkeeping. She has developed and managed apartments for a non-profit as well as consulting and teaching real estate, financial, and credit analysis. Barbara has experience with grants, economic development, appraising and government loan programs. She specializes in business planning, market research, website analysis, feasibility, human resources, raising capital, valuation and small business management.

Jeannette is a Business Consultant for the North Central Office of the Idaho SBDC, and previously the Coordinator of Events and Conferences at Lewis-Clark State College. Her areas of focus for consulting include Business Starts, Marketing, and Customer Relationships. Jeannette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University. Her work experience includes owning and operating a whitewater and portrait photography business in Riggins, Idaho, for over 7 years. Jeannette has a background in tourism related businesses including hotel marketing and event management, whitewater outfitting sales, as well as retail store fronts. She has served as board member for the North Central Idaho Travel Association and Visit Lewis Clark Valley.
Todd Broadman

After graduating from Thunderbird’s global management program, Todd held industrial marketing and project management posts in the data communications sector. He was principal in a software services provider startup and has consulted with both large and small firms. His focus is on identifying and building strategic competitive advantage – and has taught related courses at University of Idaho. After working abroad in China, Hong Kong, and England, he found Moscow, Idaho in 2000 and considers it the best place in the world to raise his two children.

Gavin is the Business Consultant for the Region II Idaho Small Business Development Center. He has a Bachelors Degree from Idaho State University in Marketing and Finance. While attending ISU he participated in the ISU Finance Association and competed in Idaho’s CFA challenge, furthering his knowledge of finance. He also became an intern for an Economic Development Corporation in Pocatello. This was the beginning to his desire to help small businesses. He has experience in sales, marketing, agriculture, and customer service.

Judy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance Emphasis from Boise State University. Judy has worked in the banking industry for 10 years, specializing in commercial lending. She has experience in credit analysis, SBA lending, commercial real estate lending, and small business lending. In addition to her banking, Judy has experience in billing/bookkeeping for a small medical office. Her strengths include financial analysis, knowledge of lending practices, and customer service skills.

Kyle earned a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
Kyle’s relevant work experience includes practicing law for over fifteen years. During that time, he assisted corporations with a variety of issues, including complex commercial litigation, contracts, intellectual property, and day-to-day legal advice.
For over five years, Kyle was a SCORE certified mentor where he assisted businesses in Western Massachusetts start, grow, and succeed through mentoring, advising, and providing workshops on a variety of topics.
Throughout his career, Kyle served on the boards of nonprofits and the board of trustees of his undergraduate institution. In addition, Kyle was an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He participated on many committees, including the Business Law Section, Strategic Planning, and he was the Chair of the Young Lawyers Division. Kyle is a former member of the American Bar Association's and the Massachusetts Bar Association’s House of Delegates. In those positions, he participated in legislation and contributed to rule changes.
Although Kyle does not practice law in Idaho, and he does not provide legal advice, Kyle looks forward to using his education, experience, and knowledge to help businesses be successful.

Chris joined the Small Business Development Center team in 2016. She had an outfitting business for eight years and has over ten years’ experience in economic development. Chris has a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota. Chris spent fifteen years working in natural resource management which included development of the Center for Biological Control of Weeds with the Nez Perce Tribe.
Chris’s experiences have given her expertise in strategic planning, business planning, development, leadership and organizational structures; she has direct experience in government contracting, grant and proposal writing.
Chris is president of the Clearwater Ski Club and operations manager at Bald Mountain Ski Area. She is the proud mom and when there’s no snow, an avid gardener.
