Students sitting behind a table at the LCSC Welcome Fair

Welcome Fair

The Center for Student Leadership (CSL) would like to extend a personal invitation to your business or organization to participate in our Twenty-Sixth Annual Welcome Fair on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. This is a college-sponsored event designed to welcome approximately 3,000 new and returning students to campus.

The Welcome Fair provides an opportunity for your business or organization to market your products and services to new and continuing students at LC State. Please join us in our efforts to provide LC students with an opportunity to learn about the campus and LC Valley Community.

Each booth will include one table and two chairs. It is highly recommended that you bring a table covering and canopy for shade. The Fair will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will continue through1:00 p.m. The CSL will be providing a free lunch to vendors and students.

A confirmation email will be sent to you with your assigned booth space and further infomation prior to the event. Vendors may begin setting up at 9:00 a.m.
